Don't confuse pro privacy, pro anonymity, pro free-speech with us offering a "free for all". By using our services, all customers agree to adhere to our Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS is designed to ensure the respectful use of our services in consideration of other Internet users and the integrity of our network. While we've tried to be comprehensive, the TOS isn't exhaustive. We retain the right to update or amend the TOS without prior notice. Any changes become effective once posted. This TOS overrides any previous agreements or understandings, whether they were written, spoken, or implied.
mentality.cloud provides web hosting and related services with a commitment to privacy and anonymity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
To use our services, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Any breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service can result in your account and or/servers being suspended without notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
DDoS Abuse: Targeting other networks in harmful ways like DDoSing is strictly forbidden.
Any form of Child or Human Abuse: The use of our servers to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available child or any kind of human abuse material is prohibited.
Crypto Mining: Crypto Mining is strictly prohibited from our network unless otherwise specified, as it puts an unnecessary strain on shared resources and reduces the usable lifespan of physical hardware.
Illegal Marketplaces: We will not allow our services to be used to host online marketplaces that deal in illegal goods and/or services.
Additional prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraud, phishing, unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material, and distributing malware.
Our service operates with a strict no-logging policy. We do not maintain logs of your activities, browsing history, or usage patterns. Your privacy and anonymity are paramount to our service offering. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for more details.
Payments for the Service are non-refundable. We may change our fees at any time with prior notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we shall charge tax when required to do so.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall mentality.cloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
